Keith Fitzhugh declines second chance at the NFL!

According to Yahoo News Keith Fitzhugh has chosen his family over the NFL.  Keith was released by the Jets in September when he became a conductor for the Norfolk Southern Railroad. Keith feels like this is a sturdier job and would not want to lose it to play for the jets temporarily they only called him because there two starting safeties are out for the season due to injuries.  He does not want to risk it he has a good sturdy paying job now he would of took it if he knew it was more permanent.

Is he crazy? No he is not I stand beside was he has decided. I like that he is thinking of his family if he was going to have a chance to play beyond just the rest of the season then take it but its only temporarily. I don’t blame him for wanting to keep his family financially stable. Even thou he would make more in this last part of the season then he would make all year.

Do you blame him? I don’t I just don’t understand why the Jets cut him in the first place he is a really good player. I always have went by this if a team will cut you one time they will cut you again eventually and I fell this is what Keith is also looking at. He has a really good job that pays good right now so why give it up for a temporary job?

This is a lot of peoples dream to even try out for the NFL. I know it is mine! I want to at least make the practice squad! But I do understand his decision and would most likely do the same thing if I was in his shoes!  This is actually a really smart thing to think of before just jumping into it!

Highest paid defensive player in the NFL Albert Haynesworth suspended for the season!

According to Yahoo News Albert Haynesworth the highest paid defensive player in the NFL is suspended for the remainder of the season. The Washington Redskins players reported that they are relieved with this decision they are tired of listening to his complaining. This dram has been going on between Albert and the Redskins since he has arrived. Albert’s contract is a 7 year 100 million dollar contract. But yet he does not want to play for them. In games he shows it by falling on the ground and laying there till the play is over with.

Is this ridiculous? To me this is just stupid what he is doing he is acting like a little kid. I understand not wanting to play for a certain team but Albert is taking this out of hand. Albert acts like he is the only player that doesn’t want to play somewhere but do you see them doing what he is doing NO!

To me a 100 million dollar contract is ridiculous! The Redskins are now noticing what they have gotten for their money. I think they should release him ASAP! They have already payed him 34 million up to date his pay has stopped when he was suspended. I really hope he learns his lesson.

This situation has really got to me I have been watching him since the beginning of the season and he has been doing this the whole time. I could see maturely telling them that you o not want to be there or just sticking it out and play you but off and make the most of it. But what he is doing is really child like in my eyes I would not expect this out of somebody like Albert!

High School kid 12 hours too old to play!

According to Yahoo News 19 year old Adam Sisson native of Virginia is 12 hours too old to play on his high school football team or any other sports for his senior year. Adam has dreamed of playing his senior year in high school since he was a little kid. The Sisson family has been fighting this case very hard. Adam was held back in the third grade due to a reading disorder. The Virginia school board has denied his plea saying that this is no excuse. Many people believe that this is just wrong!

This is just crazy! I could see if Adam was 20 years old he is after all only 12 hours too old I believe that this is a messed up situation. They should allow him to play he is not that old there are most likely kids that are the same age as him on the team but they were born just a few days earlier.

Why are they doing this? I have no clue but it is sad there are more kids than what people know of that are older than they are suppose to be because they were held back. I happen to be one of them kids and had a lot of friends that where as well. I got held back when I was in the first grade because I would not pay attention but I was not 19 my senior year either.

People can look at the two different ways that this is right or because he has an advantage because he is older. I don’t think that it is right I could see if he was 20 years old then maybe he has an advantage against the other kids. I hope they end up changing the decision!    

Nevada Drops number 3 Boise State!

According to Yahoo News the Nevada Wolf Pack beat the number three team in the nation Boise state Broncos this win is the biggest win in school history. This win will get the Wolf Pack into a bigger bowl game but nothing major. This is more of a moral victory for the seniors on the team overall the whole team. This is something that has not happen in a long time. This game made history not only by winning but quarterback Colin Kaepernick set a NCAA record for most running touch downs and the most passing. This is the first time Nevada has beat Boise in 10 years and first time in the top 25 since 1948.

Was this a surprise? I knew all along that Nevada was going to upset the Broncos a lot of it was luck at the end with the two missed field goals by Boise. I think I was more I wanted to see the under dogs knock off the number three team in the nation. This was a huge win for the school.

Why is Nevada still ranked low? It is all about the conference that they play in the WAC does not have many strong teams and does not get any respect that is why Boise is moving to the Mountain West next season but is kind of a letdown because of the departure of TCU another good team. Nevada still has a good record they are a one loss team.

This is a good move for Boise to show that the WAC does have some good teams in it but the problem is that there are a lot of weak teams in the WAC too. This was over all a good win for the Wolf Pack it probably meant a lot for the seniors more than anything first time beating Boise state. I was after all pulling for Nevada to win!

Andre Johnson recieves the Game ball after Fight!

According to Yahoo News Houston Texans Head coach gave Andre Johnson the game ball. It seemed to be a little awkward because what happen during the game it was more than catching the ball. Andre Johnson had gotten into a fist fight with the Titans Corner Cortland Finnegan. This fight made this game look like a Hockey game.  Coach Kubiak gave Andre the ball for catching the Ball 60 times for the 8^th straight season. It just happen in a awkward time.

What do you think? I think the time was awkward because of the fight Andre got into earlier that night. But the coach did the right thing by giving Andre the ball showing him the organization appreciates what he has done for them. The Fight wasn’t even his Fault.

Do you blame Andre for his actions? I know that his actions are all in his hands. But there is a certain time when you get fed up I mean I would Cortland is known for being one of the dirtiest players in the league he was giving Andre cheap shots all night. I know It was wrong to do what he did but I don’t take anything from him I would have blown up too he told the refs about it and they would not stop him.

Does this put a bad name on Andre? I don’t think it should because Cortland deserved what he got. He is known for doing things like this that’s why I believe his fine should have been higher than what it was but both players got the same amount for the fine. Andre will continue to do what he does dominate on the football field.  

TCU moves to the Big East!

According to Yahoo News Texas Christian University is moving conferences to play in the Big East. This may sound funny because Texas is not in the East but nor is it in the West and is absolutely home to no Mountains. So as you can see it is not the location. This move is being made so that TCU can get the respect they deserve. This move will also bring the school more money to their program.  Gary Patterson is happy with the move because it is a football power House joining a Power House conference.

Does this sound funny to you? TCU moving to the Big East doesn’t sound any funnier than TCU being in the Mountain West. Texas is not in the West or is it in the East and there are no Mountains there. There are a lot of teams that are in different conferences than their location. But then again there are many teams that are in the conference due to location.

What’s so good about moving conferences? The biggest thing is that TCU will get the respect that they deserve if they move to the Big East and continue to win. This move will bring more TV games for the Horn Frogs which means more money this is all around a good move for TCU.

All around I really like this move for the Horn Frogs they are a better team than what people give them respect for being. This will bring them more money which is also a good thing for the team and the school. I knew they would change conferences just didn’t know which one.

   

St,Louis Missouri Tops crime charts!

According to Yahoo News St, Louis Missouri is the United States most dangerous city! St Louis had 2,071.1 crimes per 100,000 people and the nations other cities averages 429.4 so there is a big gapping difference in the crime!  This is why St Louis topped the charts. St Louis averages 4.5 murders per day! All of these number are high they mayor said we as a city our not proud of this. The police chief said that these are ridiculous numbers. St Louis is the most investigated city in the U.S.

Is this a surprise? Not to me if you been to St Louis this would be no surprise to you! There are parts of St Louis that you don’t go if you are white and if you don’t know anyone or don’t have any business down there.  I am from St Louis and I will tell you straight up there are parts that I won’t even go in!

Why are these numbers so high? A lot of this has to do with poverty, low income and the economy. This will most likely never change St Louis was always like this even when the city was majority white!  This really makes us all from St Louis look bad and lowers the tourist rate people are afraid to come to St Louis because of this!

I still love St Louis that will never change but the worse are economy gets the more the murder rate and crime rates will rise. I wish that all of this would go really low but it just wouldn’t be St Louis without all of the crimes that we are known for would we?

Vicks back and better than ever!

According to Yahoo News Michael Vick had a game to remember Monday night. Vick also went down in history for most points and yards in a single first quarter of a game.  Vick has done this all season he is at a peak in his game that he has never been at before he was a runner now Vick is a passer and run comes second. Vick is the only quarterback in the NFL like him right now he is the absolute best athlete In the league right now he is the MVP at this point and if he keeps it up he will keep it at that.

Is this a surprise to you? Not to me I believed in Vick making his return I felt sorry for him he had the world against him wanting him to fail. Nobody expected Vick to walk out of prison and do what he is doing today on the field he is better than he has ever been.

Will Vick be the MVP? He has a good shot at it if he keeps doing what he is doing he is the absolute best athlete on the field right now! People can argue it all they want even the experts and other NFL players are saying the same thing right now. I always thought Vick was good!

Has anything changed? Not in my eyes Vick has always been good at doing what he does best and that’s playing football. I am glad that Vick came back to the NFL and proved a point to people that people can change everybody deserves a second chance people need to understand that!

Todd Haley refuses hand shake in Denver!

According to Yahoo News Todd Haley would not shake Josh McDaniel’s hand after the Denver game. Todd felt that they were going out a little too much on Denver’s side line trying to run the score up. He felt like he was also cheated when they would not review a play that was clearly reviewable the cameras just did not record it. It seemed to the chiefs that the Denver side line was trying to make things personal or maybe make a statement to the chiefs and Coach Haley did not like what he saw resulting in not shaking McDaniel’s hand after the game.

Was it rude? It was kind of rude but you have to understand where Todd was coming from. It was messed up what the Denver sideline was doing out on the field and by the coach trying to run the score up purposely. I still don’t think it was that big of a deal!

Why does the news make it such a big deal? I think that is their job for the most part to blow things up that is how the news works and has worked for a long time. I was a big deal to a certain extent by Todd just being rude it didn’t put a good picture to his face for a lot of people.

I still have a lot of respect for Todd he is a good coach he was able to come to Kansas City and turn the chiefs around from losing a lot to being a team to look out for a playoff contending team. He has brought a lot to the chiefs so he shouldn’t be looked down on for what he did he was just standing up for his team for what he thought was right.

Parole officer was a fugitive!

In Philadelphia, PA a man by the name of Dennis Powell has been thrown in jail for multiple counts of theft and forgery. Powell is not like any of the other criminals on the streets he held top jobs in law enforcement. All of Powell’s crimes started before seeking these jobs back in the late 1980’s when he became the manager over ITT financial corp. giving out loans.

Being a fugitive how do you get a job working for the law? It is amazing how Powell had to good jobs working for law enforcement the second one being a parole officer caring a gun! I don’t know how he escaped the background check both times at both jobs. All I can say is that maybe both places did not really give Powell a background check they assumed that he was just a good person taking Powell for his word.

How did he not get caught? He was busted the first time how did he not get caught when he was arrested the second time. Why did they even let him out on bail if he already had a history of running away when posting bail? Something just don’t seem right to me somewhere along the lines it just seems like he had some kind of connections in the system the whole time.

Does this whole case surprise you? It doesn’t really surprise me that much the whole part about escaping both times! The part that more surprises me is the part that he was able to get the two jobs one of them being him working with fugitives like himself. I am not sure how this went for such a long time but if its another case of him just knowing people thru out the legal system this just a shame to know that we have so many dirty people working in our system!

Cam Newton accused of cheating in florida!

According to Yahoo News Auburns Cam Newton is being accused of cheating on his school work while at Florida this is the second time he has been accused of something in just 5 days! Newton’s father said that all of this is garbage there are people out there making things up.  Auburns head coach even reported that this is all garbage. Newton said that none of this bothers him he is just going to do what he does best and that is playing ball!

Is this a surprise? Not to me I don’t know if he did this or not but we have seen things like this happen before the most famous one being reggie bush getting his Heisman taken away from his for receiving money. Why are they just now bringing up the cheating instead of doing it when it happen in Florida?

Why is all of this happening now? I believe it’s all happening now because he is doing so well and he didn’t end up attending their school! Why else would they say something about it they were quit when he was thinking of going o their school. I feel them schools should be in trouble especially Mississippi state their admitting that they were going to pay Newton to play for them!

I feel that all of this is probably wrong. If they were going to get him in trouble they should have done it when it was all going on not now that he is at another school and is a Heisman hopeful and the school has a shot at the national championship. They’re just trying to get a cheap shot in on him!

Chinese father thrown in jail!

According to Yahoo News a Chinese father was sentenced for 2 and half years for standing up for his son that received poison in his milk. The milk was melamine-tainted milk witch caused his son to be really sick and have kidney stones at the age of 3. Other parent where also rioting against it too but it was soon ended when the government of china sentenced Zhao Lianhai to 2 and a half years in prison.

Is this a surprise? Not really you have to expect things like this to happen in a country like that. In china the government does whatever they please it isn’t like over here they kill some of the female babies at birth. Is it right No!

Is this punishment a little too harsh?  I believe it is way too harsh! Zhao didn’t do anything that any father wouldn’t do if his child was poisoned from some milk he should not have gotten this much time. Really he didn’t o anything wrong the government just wanted him to shut up.

I am glad I live in America are you? We don’t have to go thru things like this we have the right to free speech and contest against things that we don’t like. I feel that Chinas government blew this a little out of proportion and was too harsh.

  

India has a 7 footer!

According to Yahoo News a 14 year old from India by the name of Satnam Singh Bhamara is 7 foot tall and where’s a size 22 basketball shoe.  Satnam idle is Yao Ming the 7 foot hopeful from china that was the first Chinese player ever in the NBA just like Yao Satnam hope to be the first from his country he would be the first there are no player ever from India to play in the NBA. Satnam is different from most 7 footers he has a lot of potential he can for around he just needs to work on moving his feet and gaining strength in his legs.

Is this a surprise? It is to me I didn’t know they had such big people in India. I guess there are big people in every race there is. It was just amazing how his grandmother is 6’9 to me that is really tall for a woman. It is obvious it runs in his family being tall.

What would he need to improve on? He needs to start now if he wants to play in the NBA, he needs to work on moving his feet and his lower body strength so that he just doesn’t get pushed around by players with muscle like Shaq or Dwight. Other than that height will do his justice.

Wouldn’t this be the dream and life to live?  I really think this would be an awesome thing to be the first player from your country to play in the NBA and represent your country. He has a lot of work to do to get there it wont just be given to him because he is tall there will be work behind it!   

NFL's new Rules!

According to Yahoo News there are many NFL players getting fed up with the rules that owner Rodger Goodell is making. The players feel that it isn’t even football anymore you’re not aloud o put a good hit on anyone and the QB is pretty well protected from everything the rules are getting out of hand. If you accidently role into a quarterback it is a 15 yard penalty if you hit the quarterback and he tries to slide you will get another 15. You can’t even get a good hit on players anymore the rules are just too strict the players claim.

What are your thoughts? I understand protecting the QB and players but I really feel the same is this football or soccer? I think that the hits should be judged if they think it is dirty then throw the flag but other than that let them play after all it is football.  

Why are they getting strict? Most likely because of the amount of injuries to the players. But still it is football they know that there is a chance at getting hurt every time they step on the field if they don’t want to get hit then maybe some other sport is for them.

They are making it where you’re not even able to play anymore you have to worry about getting fined or penalty toward your team. This is not how football is suppose to be players are suppose to be flying around out there hitting people having fun on the field.

First Transgender Athlete!

According to Yahoo News Kye Allums will be the first ever transgender D1 basketball player. Originally being a she and previously called Kay Kay by teammate’s plays for George Washington College on the women’s basketball team but on the roster is listed as a male. Kye was always know to be lesbian in high school she would change into boys clothes at school because her mother would not allow her to wear men’s clothes. Kye said she just could never act like a girl she always has been a man in her eyes. She will go down in history for the first transgender in sports.

Is this crazy? In my eyes I don’t really know what to think about this. But I give her credit for actually coming out to the public about it. I am sure she will go thru a lot of criticism about her being a male now so she will have a rough way to go.

Is this wrong? In a lot of people’s eyes yes but I just put it like this if that’s what she wants to do then let her do it it’s her choice. I am not against gay people as long as they don’t hit on me then we are cool. it isn’t something that I promote thou.

Would you ever see this coming? I didn’t see it coming but I knew there are a lot of gay athletes but a lot of them keep it in the closet I didn’t see her or him coming out so publicly about it making history for everybody to know about.  

Titans claim Randy Moss!

According to Yahoo News Tennessee Titans have claimed Randy Moss a place on the roster to play wide receiver. On Monday the Minnesota Viking waived wide receiver Randy Moss due to coach Childress not liking what Moss had to say in his interview he gave up on a play and coach just feels this is not the Randy Moss he expected to get. The team expected a whole lot more out of Randy moss because of him being a veteran in the game but he fell short of the team’s expectations. Now Moss is off to Tennessee to show the Titans what he has and try to bail them out for a better season.

Was this a surprise to you? I was actually surprised about the Vikings decision to waive Randy Moss because he is a good receiver and bring a lot to the table when it comes to opening things up on the field. I did notice Moss giving up on the play I felt like he could have caught the ball.

Will Moss do better in Tennessee? I think Moss will go down there a make a new name for himself. This is what the Titans have needed for some time now is a big target especially with their leading receiver Kenny Britt going down with an injury last game.

Randy Moss brings a lot to the table for a team he is probably one of if not the smartest receivers in the NFL along with being one of the best. Moss is so good because he understand defenses on the field he knows how to read them that’s what makes him so successful.

   

Miami's Blows there debut!

According to Yahoo News the Miami Heat blows their first game to the Boston Celtics. In the new faces of the franchise Lebron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh just couldn’t seem to get it together against the Boston Celtics. James was able to score 30 points against Boston but still this was not enough Wade and Bosh had not so good scoring records for misses and makes. There was simply no team work being showed in the game.  

Is this surprising? Not to me I already knew that this was going to happen. I am sure it will get better. This is the result when you have three stars on one team that are use to getting the ball all the time and being the star of the game making the show.

Will this get better? I am sure that the Miami coaches will make some adjustment and some telling some players how it’s going to be done. And everything will be ok. They just have to figure out how o get these three to play as a team instead of running a one man show on the court.

Everybody thought that this was going to be the team to look out for. But they still have a chance to be with some changes I mean they do have three of the league’s best players. It will all depend on if they learn the word Team Work.

  

Dwight Howard misses all of his Free throws!

According to Yahoo News Dwight Howard was 9 of 19 missing all of his free throws. At a certain point when coach Gundy pulled Howard out of the game he went to the side lines and started doing pushups this is a way that Howard punishes himself for missing so many free throws in the game. Howard was clearly disappointed in himself as the TV cameras turned away he was still doing pushups on the side line as the game went on.

Are you surprised? I am really surprised Howard is one of the best free throw shooters in the league and clearly one of the best at his position. Howard never misses his free throw this was a surprise to many I am sure that when he rebounds I his next game he will make every shot I know this bothered him.

What was going on? There was probably nothing going on with Howard it was probably just an off night. Humans make mistakes too. I am sure there are other players out there that have done the same thing he isn’t alone others have at least done this once in the lives.

I believe that Howard will come back next game stronger than ever without a missed shot. Howard is one of my favorite players because the simple reason of how hard he works a lot of it is natural but he is always in the gym busting his butt and it shows when he plays.

Rajon Rondo plays with no Headband!

According to Yahoo News the NBA has banned wearing upside down headbands. Rajon Rondo started this trend years back when he was first drafted. But to today he is the last one still doing it because the others are now out of the league or quit wearing one at all until Tuesday night Rondo appeared on the court with no headband the league has banned it. Rondo said that this is not a thing he does to disrespect the league he has done it for a long time he does it as a thing for good luck.  It has not showed to affect his game.

Does this make any sense to you? I understand where the league is coming from because if you look at it its showing and putting an image out there that NBA down or as some others think he is saying he is better than the NBA.

Do you think this is wrong? I think that the NBA should have let him slide with it he is the only player still doing it so it’s like they banned the headband just for him. I see where Rajon is coming from there are certain things I use to wear a certain way as a form of good luck.

Does Rajon look funny? I think Rajon looks funny out there without a headband because I have been so use to seeing him play with the head band even in his college days. I just don’t get why it is such a big deal. I am sure it will all blow over and he will be just fine.

The Chiefs Running back drill!

According to Yahoo News Kansas City Chiefs Running backs coach can a drill he uses to make the running backs catch the ball it’s called the Porter potty drill! This is where he makes his players sit in the porter potty and another player closes and opens the door really fast to train them to be ready to catch the ball fast and unprepared. This is not really for receivers they usually have more time to prepare themselves to catch the ball.

Does this sound stupid to you? Well it does to me too. But actually after watching it be done and thinking about it this drill is actually a good one. It may sound stupid but it works. If you think about it the door is closed you can’t see and he beams the ball fast while the player opens the door it just has to make them better at catching the ball unprepared.

Who would come up with this? The chief’s running backs coach actually learned this drill from the New England Patriots Tight End coach Mike Pope when he was in New England. I can’t imagine what came to Mike Pope’s head to make him think of such a thing like this it is just crazy.

What do you think? I think it’s crazy. It actually takes a smart person to think of something like this. I wonder what the players think of this drill. They probably trip out when he was like get in the porter potty I know I would of.

A NATO official reports Bin Laden is in Pakistan!

According to Yahoo News a NATO official has reported that Osama Bin Laden is hiding in the northwest Pakistan. Bin Laden has men looking out for him. Bin Laden is known to move house to house so that he can plan attacks. Reporter said that the presidents have been lying to us about Bin Laden hiding in caves in Pakistan there are no caves they all live in houses. He also reported that a lot of things are inaccurate that we are told that happens.  

Is this a surprise? Not to me they have been saying that Bin Laden is in Pakistan for a long time now. I just don’t understand why it’s just now a big deal to everybody. We have all know this before now. Why hasn’t the government done anything about it?

Why do they have to lie? I have no clue but I am pretty sure that the reporter is right about him living in a house. There are not caves over there. I believe that too I don’t really think that Bin Laden is just going to be hiding away in a cave.

When are they going to catch Bin Laden? They have known where he has been for some time now. I think they should be able to catch his and a lot of crimes would stop. I do understand thou that by doing that we would possibly going to war with Pakistan and we do not need that.

Glen Coffee arrested for ilegal gun possession!

According to Yahoo News former running back from Alabama then after was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers. Glen Coffee retired in August saying that he would like to focus on ministry God had called upon him there is more to life than football. Coffee had been arrested Thursday night for excessive speed coffee failed to present proof of vehicle registration or insurance so the SUV was towed when the vehicle was searched the police found a pistol in the center console the pistol was fully loaded and cocked.

I don’t know what kind of ministry Glen was doing do you? I don’t think he was doing any ministering yet well I hope not driving a vehicle around with no insurance or registration and only to ad a fully loaded and cocked pistol in his center console I just don’t think this is right.

Do you truly believe he retired from the NFL for ministering? It is hard for me to believe he retired after one year to take up ministering. It just doesn’t add up to me leave making all of that money behind for that. And now he gets caught with a gun.

What is he thinking? Something is going on with Glen he needs to get his head back on his shoulders and go back to being a good guy like he always was until now. There is no telling what is going on with Glen Coffee.

School in Austin Texas is busted for recruiting players from American Samoa!

According to Yahoo News a school in Austin Texas was penalized for recruiting players from American Samoa. The coaches took a trip last summer to recruit players from Tafuna High School. The coaches said that they were really impressed with the size of the players over there. There school in Austin is not known for having big players they are more known for their academics rather than sports. One player that they did recruit has not played this season due to his academics he is now permanently ineligible for being recruited illegally. The coaches feel that they have done nothing wrong.

Is this wrong to you? I am not sure what I think about this. I am from Hawaii so I am use to playing football with Samoans I know firsthand they are huge. On my high school football team we had Samoans that where already the size of college players.

Is this unfair? I only think it is unfair that the coaches went to recruit them. Other than that it is fair game they are the same age as all of the other boys it just happens they are already the size of a grown man in college. They just shouldn’t have recruited them.

Why Samoa? The boys are naturally big. I think maybe they should have looked for some bigger boy’s right here in America or in Texas and they most likely would have not got in trouble. Leaving the country is what I believe got the coaches caught.    

   

Rapist finally busted after 26 years!

According to the Law a man on the east coast by the name of Clarence Williams was convicted of rape days after the New York Times ran a front page article on him. This linked him to dozens of rape cases along the east coast Williams has lost his power to overturn his conviction. Williams was first arrested in 1973 when he was 25 years old for raping Kathleen ham. Williams climbed into Hams window holding her at knife point and sexually assaulting her and then robbing her for four dollars that were in her purse. Williams was convicted and released for other crimes but he fled to Egypt for 26 years. But now he was finally busted and convicted.

                    

I really don’t understand why the courts released Williams on bail? It was clear that he raped and robbed the girl. The other evidence that the cops had was enough to convict him. Just because they didn’t report what Williams said correctly I don’t think that should be enough to release him so soon they could have held him longer.

How do you think Kathleen Ham feels knowing the man who raped and robbed her is out free? I can only imagine she is probably scared out of her mind. Knowing that Williams can come back possibly rape and rob her again but only this time killing her too to get revenge. I am sure she was terrified I would have been.

What kind of man can rape women? I just couldn’t do it the women screaming and crying and saying no. I guess I am just a different kind of person than him! Something is clearly wrong with a person’s head if they do that do a woman and get pleasure out of it. This just goes to prove you can only run and hide so long it will all catch up to you in the end.

Lakers will repeat the championship,And Durant will win MVP!

According to Yahoo News the general managers pick the Lakers to repeat a championship but Kevin Durant to win the League MVP.  Durant was the MVP in the U.S. victory in the world basketball championship. Durant had 67 percent of the voted winning over the two time League MVP Lebron James. John Wall was picked to win the rookie of the year.

Do you think this is accurate? I believe it is no other team really has what it takes to beat the Lakers their team is stacked with all-stars. They have enough talent to beat pretty much every team in the NBA as they have clearly shown in the recent years.

Will Durant win the MVP? I am positive that he will win the MVP this next season think he should have won it this past year. Durant is a really talented kid he has proven his self in the past couple of years. Durant has stood out more than any other player. He led the League in scoring last year. But you will see way more in the future from him he is young.

Why didn’t Durant win the MVP last season? Really I think that he should have won the MVP. But of course that is how in works the veterans with more experience win it. But now having some years behind his belt I am sure Durant will win it with no problem this coming season.

Randy Moss Reunited with the Vikings!

According to Yahoo News the Vikings pick up wide receiver Randy Moss from the New England Patriots. Minnesota is where Moss was originally drafted to and where Moss actually made a name for himself.   Brett Favre the Quarter back for the Vikings said that he would like to see another big target on the roster. He doesn’t have enough he said he wanted to take a little bit of the pressure of their running back Adrian Peterson. So what does he got an all pro receiver it doesn’t get much better than Moss.

Was this a smart decision for the Viking to pick up Randy Moss? I know that they could certainly use him and his skills. But I’m not sure really how much time he has left in the NFL he is a veteran in the league being in for going on 12 years now. That is a long time for a receiver.

Will this be the cure for the Vikings offense? Nobody will know until we watch them play on Sunday.  I am sure that he will spice up the offense for the Viking and create a bigger threat in the passing game Moss is another big target that they can use and they needed.

Does moss feel weird with his return?  It is probably a good feeling for him. But at the same time probably a tad bit weird knowing that this is where I was drafted to out of college 12 years ago. But I am sure he will like it in Minnesota again.

   

A school in Rhode Island pulls out of game!

According to Yahoo News a school in Rhode Island forfeited to a school due to the size of the players.  St George in Rhode Island is the school that forfeited it was for the safety of the players. They do not want to chance getting them hurt in such a game as this one against a power house. Now if the game was later down the road and was the playoffs or state championship they would play against Lawrence academy.  Three of the Lawrence academy offensive lineman are pretty big guys weighing in at 300,335 and 350 pounds. Those kids are clearly division one college recruits.

Do you think this was a bad decision or a smart one? I agree with what they did they would rather save their guys for the rest of the season they have to play. I think it’s is actually smart because if ST George can win the rest of their season they still have a good chance to make the playoffs with healthy players.

Would you want to go against these guys?  You have to look at it from their prospective they have a smaller team than most their lineman weighing in at all around 180 pounds or so. So it is clear that there is a big size difference in the boys. They still have a chance of actually playing if they both make it to the playoffs.

Did ST George stand a chance? I think they could have hung in there with the Lawrence academy boy’s size doesn’t always mean everything.  When I was in high school we were the big team and got taken down by a school full of smaller kids a lot of Asians in the state championship. What can I say they were fast!

Florida coach Suspended

According to Yahoo News a Florida football coach has been suspended for taking in a homeless kid and letting him live with him. The school is being fined thousands of dollars and coach may be fired. This is all because one of the rules in Florida is that any staff at the school cannot house a player or offer them reduced living cost. The school district allowed coach Buldini to return to his day job as a social studies teacher. The school reported if he is found guilty they are going to take the money out of his stipend that he is payed to coach the kids a whole 3,850 dollars a year!

Really I mean come on now is there something wrong with what he did?  I really feel that Buldini did nothing wrong. He was not doing this in the way that the state may think. He was taking the kid in on just having a good heart and cares. The boy didn’t have anywhere else to go. Should he have just let the kid sleep in the streets?

    How is the state going to fine the school? We barely have enough money now to keep kids in America in school. The states are already cutting down in some states the kids don’t have school on Fridays instead they have furlough Fridays. I personally experienced furloughs my senior year last year I didn’t learn as much as I should of. 

   Would you of let the kid sleep on the streets? I mean come on now you would give in too. I know I would. I would want somebody to step up for me and take me in if I had no other place to go. Wouldn’t you?

Ladainian Tomlinson is better than ever!

According to Yahoo News Ladainian Tomlinson is back and better than ever. In their last game he showed that he still had it being 31 years old. Tomlinson broke several runs against Miami. An old friend of his Lorenzo Neal screamed to his wife during the game “HE IS BACK” he also mentioned that Tomlinson showed that he still has the speed to bounce it outside and the jukes to juke players and lower his shoulder and run people over when he needs to?    

Where did he go? I never thought Tomlinson lost a step I knew that he still had what it takes he was just battling thru injuries that’s all. He couldn’t help in he was just seeming to be injury prone all the time in the last two seasons.

I bet the chargers are wishing they had him back now don’t you? Oh well it is far to late now to do anything he is gone for  good he is starting the new chapter in his life as a jet. If you watch Tomlinson play you can tell he is way happier in New York with the jets.

 People never realize what they have until they are gone! I guess that saying is true don’t you?  I have always believed this and in most cases this is true. But life has to move on.

  

JP Morgan halts on foreclosure!

According to Yahoo News in New York City jp Morgan halts on foreclosing more than 50,000 homes To review for any errors.  JP Morgan is not the first company to have this problem. This may slow things down because this is a very popular thing going on in today’s day and time. They are already over loaded!  A lot of companies that were foreclosing were not following the procedure the process was actually fraudulent and described as not right.

 Does foreclosing actually fix anything? I feel like it is not right what do they expect these families to do we are in a recession right now. I understand that they have to get their money just like we do but it is really only destroying families and causing more problems.

   Can you really trust bankers? I have actually had a problem in trusting in banks keeping my money. You never know they may just go out of money one day and there you are out of your money. America should not be going thru this grief we are better than this.

I do not agree that this is right I believe Obama should change something to make it different where they give the people a second chance to get back on their feet.  Not just knock them down when things get ruff I’m pretty sure there already low down on their selves well before you take their house.  

Broncos Kenny McKinley commits suicide

According to Yahoo News Denver Broncos loose Kenny McKinley he was found dead in his home in Centennial Colorado. It was found that McKinley committed suicide. This is the third time in four years that the Broncos have lost a player. It was said that McKinley was depressed over promised playing time not happening and injury. Only two players have been there long enough to see all the deaths cornerback Champ Bailey and linebacker D.J. Williams. Broncos coach reported that McKinley’s smile could light up the whole room when he was present. He was a good guy and had a promising future in football.

Is it really worth killing yourself? I don’t think it is life is just way too good. Especially in his situation making most likely millions playing professional football. In my eyes that is living the dream for many people it is a dream. I would almost give anything to be in his position but of course not the suicide part.

  It must really be hard for Champ Bailey and D.J. Williams to have to watch things happen like this the early depart of teammates it being the third time it happen. I personally do not think I could handle that happening to me 3 times in my career but you know they have to move on with life. They can’t let it bother them or their careers.

Why would a person do such a thing? People loved this kid why would he kill himself even the coach said he had a smile that would light up the room that means a lot being so well liked having everything going for himself. You would be surprised how often this happens in the NFL some of them just can’t handle it. It’s just too much for them    

Plaxico gets his first jailhouse interview

According to Yahoo News Plaxico Burress former wide receiver of the New York Giants has is first interview in jail. Plaxico said he is going to return to the NFL as soon as he is released which should be June 6 2011. Burress applied for work release two times before but was rejected. He also reported he missed his new born baby’s birth due to prison. But the hardest part of it all is when his three year old sun ask him where he is and why he is not playing for the Giants anymore. Burress was sentenced for felony gun possession.

   Should Plaxico Burress even be in jail? I don’t think he should have got sentenced that long yes the government is showing that they are cracking down on famous people. But my point is they have regular people on the streets that they let go for less than what he got it’s all because he is famous.

I think like he said it would be hard to not get to see your daughter being born because you’re in prison. But like Plaxico said I think the hardest part would be talking to your son and him asking where you are and why you’re not playing for the Giants anymore. I really believe that when Plaxico is released he is going to come back playing harder than before. He has a lot to prove now. And also the fact of Plaxico has his son looking up to him and all of his fans.

I really believe that he should have not gotten jail time over this. But hey look he is serving his time it’s going to make him a better man. He will appreciate things a lot more when he gets released. I don’t know what the courts are trying to prove but I don’t think it was right to sentence Plaxico this long there were other things he could have done to work off his punishment.

       

Italian police seize 30 million

  According to Mercury News In Vatican City Italy Italian police seized 23 million in euro and 30.18 million in American from a Vatican bank in Italy. The police are undergoing investigation on top officials of the bank for connection with a money laundering probe. The financial police seized the money as a precaution. Prosecutors placed top officials under investigation for violations of Italy’s anti-laundering laws.

Is this a shock to you or an everyday thing? This really doesn’t shock me this stuff goes on all over the world even in the U.S. a lot of it is just not talked about. I even believe that this stuff goes on here thru are higher power people.

    Isn’t this bank known for being a religion bank and deal with charities money? That is really the sad part about it being a religion bank and breaking the law.  I really think that Tedeschi should be held accountable for most of this. There is no way that all of this was going on and Tedeschi did not know of this. Tedeschi most likely was the driving wheel to this crime.

      You can always run but it is just a matter of time until you get caught or in their case you can only break the law so long until you get caught. That is what I live by and believe I think that is why I don’t do anything stupid is because I know eventually I am going to get caught. I tell this to all of my friends that do stupid stuff. So this is to prove that they had this coming to them everybody gets caught eventually right?

Car just being broke in at 100,000 miles

     According to Yahoo News, at 100,000 miles your car is just getting broke in. it was discovered that the newer cars are made to last longer than the older cars. Yes there will be repairs that you will have to fix that’s just because it’s a normal thing for things to start wearing out on anything. Cars work just like human bodies they start wearing down except on cars you can replace certain parts. If you keep the right fluids in the car it will last forever.

Is this true or is it for the birds? I believe this is true more on the foreign cars. I have noticed that the foreign cars are out on the road longer than the American car because America is starting to cheaply build their cars because of the recession that the US is in.

I really think that the cars will last over 100,000 they run now a lot longer without problems unlike before the older cars when you got past 50,000 you were replacing everything in it. Now you can drive them longer than before. It is also said now that you can drive a car 8,000 miles before you change the oil instead of when you get to 3,000.

Is 100,000 miles better to just be breaking in the car than it being junk at 100,000? I believe that it is a good thing for our country that cars our starting to last longer because of the recession we are in not that many people have as much money as before and can’t afford a new one or to fix it all the time. But you never know as time goes on we might not even be driving cars like we are today might go to flying cars or something crazy like that.

Ray Lewis but it is little Ray this time!!!

According to Yahoo News, there is a little Ray Lewis the 3^rd   the son of Ray Lewis that plays for the Baltimore ravens. Lewis the 3^rd had a total of 504 yards in his last game. It was broke down that he had 206 punt return yard and two touchdowns, 101 on kick returns,104 yards rushing,27 yards receiving, 66 yards passing  Lewis was 6 0f 6 throwing the ball. Lewis is an all around athlete he plays almost every position on the field. Lewis has some big shoes to feel looking up to his father big Ray Lewis but it is possible.

Will there be another Ray Lewis in the NFL one day? Maybe if he keeps putting up numbers like he is now there will be a lot of colleges out there looking at Lewis. But the real question is does he have a good head on his shoulders like his father to make smart decisions.

504 yards in one game for one person to do is just insane. Normally whole teams put up theses kind of numbers together not just one player. It is a good thing that little Lewis is an all around athlete that brings more value to him when schools start to come his way for recruiting.   

Does little Lewis have what it takes? I think he can achieve anything he wants to if he puts his mind to it. I don’t like when people under look kids or underestimate what they’re capable of achieving in life. People should encourage kids to follow their dreams never take anything from them. I just hope that little Lewis has a good head and keeps things that way and doesn’t mess it up for his self like most kids.

Logan Mankins leaves 57 million behind for now!

          According to Yahoo News, Logan Mankins offensive tackle for the New England patriots turned down 57 million dollars. Mankins would not apologize for what he said about the owner of the team. The patriots did not hold their word they told Mankins to play the 09 season out which he did receiving lower money that he deserved. Patriots told Mankins that they would address the contract during the uncapped year but they didn’t. The whole problem is Mankins wanted them to keep their word. He apologized once but they wanted him to do it publicly witch Mankins will not do.

Is Logan Mankins crazy for not just apologizing publicly? I think this is showing that he is a man of his words. But then I think 57 million he must be crazy I would take that anytime that because I don’t have millions already sitting in the bank.

 Being a man that can keep your word means a lot anybody will trust you! I understand that Mankins in upset but really holding out because he does not want to publicly apologize is just a little crazy to me is it you? From any average person like me would think he is crazy too that’s because we’re not use to hearing that much money.

If you had the money he did would you hold out? I wouldn’t but you never know maybe if I had that much I would look at things different. I think Mankins should just apologize publicly of if it bothers him that bad sign with another team. I am sure just about any other team out there would take Mankins in two seconds he is good at what he does blocking that is the reason he is a pro bowler the patriots also have one of the best lines in the NFL including him.

Teacher pulls a gun on kids

According to Fox News, 45 year old Stacey Swallows a resident and school teacher in Chattanooga, Tennessee was arrested for shooting at some students that were ghost hunting in a cemetery. Police arrived on a call about shots being fired. The students read about the cemetery being haunted so they went ghost hunting there later that night only to be trapped by Swallows and held gun point. Swallows was held on 180,000 dollar bond and charged with 9 counts for each kid of aggravated assault and false imprisonment. Swallows teaches diesel mechanic at Sequoyah high school in nearby town named Soddy-Daisy.




Did the kids do anything to Swallows or is he just crazy? Nobody knows but swallows is in jail where he should be for doing that to these kids he had no reason to shoot at the kids and hold them gun point till the cops came. Did swallows maybe think they were doing something wrong or vandalizing the cemetery those are the first two questions that popped up in my head.

The kids told the police that he told them he was holding them till the police came that’s why I think maybe Swallows thought they were doing something wrong like vandalizing the cemetery. That is besides the point he still had no right to hold the kids at gun point with a gun there was just no reason for what he did no matter what his reason was.

Is Swallows innocent in your eyes? Not mine for sure I don’t like hearing of crazy people like this. One summer I had a crazy man in Wal-Mart get after me and a few friends kind of like this for no reason at all. Is there anything that would make this situation ok? Not in my eyes he should have never had the gun he could have approached the kids in a different way.

War ends in Iraq

According to Yahoo News president Obama pulled the troops out of Iraq. Still yet there are 50,000 noncombat troops still in Iraq. The soldiers are there to help out with any violent outburst that might happen. Some reporters ask how the war is over if there are still soldiers dying over there by insurgents. Until this stops they think war is not over. This was said to make Americans believe that the war was over when it wasn’t.




Is this war or is it war? I stand behind the reporters that the war is not over if soldiers are still fighting and dying over in Iraq. This was just said to make the Americans believe that the war was over when it is not over. By changing the title of the soldiers from combat to noncombat does not make the war end.

We still have the same amount of soldiers in the Middle East the just moved half of them or more to Afghanistan to finish fighting there. There are a lot of things that are not right about this war and a lot of things that normal people do not know about the war.

Why are we fighting the Middle East’s war? Nobody knows but there is something behind it why we are at war some people says revenge some people say for oil who knows? I do think that we should not be at war still but if we pull out all at once we are going to have war all over again or more tragic attacks in the United States.

Reggie Bush is being stripped of Hiesman Trophy

According to fox sports Reggie Bush will be stripped of his Heisman trophy that he won back in 2005. Bush will be the first to receive this penalty in 75 years that the award has been available. The NCAA has found USC in violations in many ways in June of 2010 they are being punished for it. The award will remain vacant they are not going to give it to another player for that year. Vince young was the second place runner up in 2005 but he lost the race by several hundred’s that is why the award is being held vacant.




Should Reggie Bush or the University of Southern California be held accountable for this? This is not the player’s fault the school should be held accountable for all of the circumstances. Bush was probably never told the rules of what he can receive and not receive. They are just now starting to state the rules before you sign with a school.

I personally was put in a situation like this with another school but things went bad they backed out on what the contract said. That is the reason I think it is not Reggie’s fault. Now if this was to happen today yea I would say it was his fault because they are telling the athletes now because of his situation. Back in 2005 NCAA was not telling the athletes the consequences or anything so I am sure he thought it was ok.

Is it such a bad thing that Reggie is losing his award? I personally don’t think it is look at all of the good things he has done as an athlete. He still plays for the New Orleans saints and is the starter so if you look at him now yes he is losing his award but the word has not stopped spinning over this.

Texas man kills three women!

According to http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/09/01/police-texas-man-killed-women-self/, Francisco Pinal of Rio Grande city, Texas killed three women with a pistol one his wife Lydia Pinal they had been married for 20 years, her mother and a third lady who was not given out whether she was related or what her connection was. A nephew reported that Francisco and Lydia have been having problems and arguing for some time now and Francisco would also threaten her and other family members with the pistol before this incident. The next door neighbor reported to the police that Lydia told her that she had planned on getting a divorce.




Was Francisco crazy or was he depressed? This particular thing happens a lot all over the world the husband killing his wife. This is a sad situation he could have just moved on but he chose the cowards way out as I like to call it.

The nephew reported that they have had problems before and that he threatens people with the gun this brings up the question is he an alcoholic? Or does this man suffer depression or he just flat out crazy? Or was it all three that caused this problem? Nobody will know because he killed everyone that would have known.

I hate hearing of stories like this why can’t the guys just let go? This is a big problem were the guys are controlling and they think that if she going to leave him he might as well kill her. That is just wrong in my eyes is it yours? I have personally known a lot of alcoholics to act like this and treat their wives bad that’s why I think maybe he was an alcoholic. Then again maybe he was just really depressed about her leaving him if he even knew. But in anyway there is nothing that would make this right. Why couldn’t he just let go?

New York City man falls from a building!

According to http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/09/01/nyc-man-survives-story-plunge-apartment-rooftop/, 22 year old Thomas Magill a resident of New York jumped from a high rise apartment building on Tuesday. Magill landed on a dodge charger that was parked below. The owner of the car said “The only thing that saved his life was my rosary beads in my car” Magill survived this jump with two broken legs and is in critical condition. The police still do not know why he jumped from the building. This is not the first time they have had a man jump or fall from a high building in New York City and probably won’t be the last.




Was Thomas Magill trying to commit suicide or did he fall? I think he was trying to commit suicide why else would the man be on the roof of a high rise apartment building it just doesn’t make sense. But then again you have to give him the benefit of the doubt to think maybe something else had happen.

I do believe maybe the owner of the car is right maybe the rosary beads did save this man’s life but then the other side is telling me it’s just the way he landed and he is lucky to be alive. Not too many people survive when falling this far.

Was it a bad thing Magill survived from this? It all depends on his outlook of life was he trying to kill himself running from troubles he was having in life or was this the complete opposite? Maybe he somehow fell off of the roof nobody knows but Magill but time will tell. The truth will all come out of this eventually. I just don’t understand why people try to run from their problems by doing stuff like this. My life is too valuable and I love life way too much to do anything like this do you?

Eric Crouch went from proffesional football to a Big time Businessman!!!!!!

Crouch was originally drafted by the Rams were they converted Crouch to play wide receiver. Only in the second preseason game for the Patriots Crouch injured his knee that forced Crouch to announce his retirement from football. Months later Crouch decided to unretire himself where he played for a few other NFL teams then going on to play in Europe were injuries played a big part in that part of his career. Still to this day teams in the Arena Football League still want him to play today. Crouch has rejected all of the offers. In 2003 Crouch took over a business from a Nebraska family that he goes around building playgrounds in Nebraska, South Dakota and Iowa.




Not too bad for a Heisman trophy winner that people thought was only a jock! After reading on I thought to myself Eric Crouch isn’t doing to bad for himself he turned out to be a good guy after his professional football career there is more to him than just football.

Most athletes that play in the pro’s don’t go on to be a businessman well at least not like Crouch building playgrounds. After 8 major injuries Crouch had from playing football this is a surprise to many people out there.

But to me this is normal for an athlete to be successful after sports .this just goes to prove that we are not all only jocks. I think that that Crouch is living a pretty successful life so far do you? Crouch was a top of the line athlete in college and in his first couple of years in the NFL. If it wasn’t for injuries Crouch most likely would still be playing today. But is it such a bad thing he got injured? I don’t think so he went on to be a very successful man in life.
