According to Yahoo News Kye Allums will be the first ever transgender D1 basketball player. Originally being a she and previously called Kay Kay by teammate’s plays for George Washington College on the women’s basketball team but on the roster is listed as a male. Kye was always know to be lesbian in high school she would change into boys clothes at school because her mother would not allow her to wear men’s clothes. Kye said she just could never act like a girl she always has been a man in her eyes. She will go down in history for the first transgender in sports.
Is this crazy? In my eyes I don’t really know what to think about this. But I give her credit for actually coming out to the public about it. I am sure she will go thru a lot of criticism about her being a male now so she will have a rough way to go.
Is this wrong? In a lot of people’s eyes yes but I just put it like this if that’s what she wants to do then let her do it it’s her choice. I am not against gay people as long as they don’t hit on me then we are cool. it isn’t something that I promote thou.
Would you ever see this coming? I didn’t see it coming but I knew there are a lot of gay athletes but a lot of them keep it in the closet I didn’t see her or him coming out so publicly about it making history for everybody to know about.
