Florida coach Suspended

According to Yahoo News a Florida football coach has been suspended for taking in a homeless kid and letting him live with him. The school is being fined thousands of dollars and coach may be fired. This is all because one of the rules in Florida is that any staff at the school cannot house a player or offer them reduced living cost. The school district allowed coach Buldini to return to his day job as a social studies teacher. The school reported if he is found guilty they are going to take the money out of his stipend that he is payed to coach the kids a whole 3,850 dollars a year!

Really I mean come on now is there something wrong with what he did?  I really feel that Buldini did nothing wrong. He was not doing this in the way that the state may think. He was taking the kid in on just having a good heart and cares. The boy didn’t have anywhere else to go. Should he have just let the kid sleep in the streets?

    How is the state going to fine the school? We barely have enough money now to keep kids in America in school. The states are already cutting down in some states the kids don’t have school on Fridays instead they have furlough Fridays. I personally experienced furloughs my senior year last year I didn’t learn as much as I should of. 

   Would you of let the kid sleep on the streets? I mean come on now you would give in too. I know I would. I would want somebody to step up for me and take me in if I had no other place to go. Wouldn’t you?

Ladainian Tomlinson is better than ever!

According to Yahoo News Ladainian Tomlinson is back and better than ever. In their last game he showed that he still had it being 31 years old. Tomlinson broke several runs against Miami. An old friend of his Lorenzo Neal screamed to his wife during the game “HE IS BACK” he also mentioned that Tomlinson showed that he still has the speed to bounce it outside and the jukes to juke players and lower his shoulder and run people over when he needs to?    

Where did he go? I never thought Tomlinson lost a step I knew that he still had what it takes he was just battling thru injuries that’s all. He couldn’t help in he was just seeming to be injury prone all the time in the last two seasons.

I bet the chargers are wishing they had him back now don’t you? Oh well it is far to late now to do anything he is gone for  good he is starting the new chapter in his life as a jet. If you watch Tomlinson play you can tell he is way happier in New York with the jets.

 People never realize what they have until they are gone! I guess that saying is true don’t you?  I have always believed this and in most cases this is true. But life has to move on.

  

JP Morgan halts on foreclosure!

According to Yahoo News in New York City jp Morgan halts on foreclosing more than 50,000 homes To review for any errors.  JP Morgan is not the first company to have this problem. This may slow things down because this is a very popular thing going on in today’s day and time. They are already over loaded!  A lot of companies that were foreclosing were not following the procedure the process was actually fraudulent and described as not right.

 Does foreclosing actually fix anything? I feel like it is not right what do they expect these families to do we are in a recession right now. I understand that they have to get their money just like we do but it is really only destroying families and causing more problems.

   Can you really trust bankers? I have actually had a problem in trusting in banks keeping my money. You never know they may just go out of money one day and there you are out of your money. America should not be going thru this grief we are better than this.

I do not agree that this is right I believe Obama should change something to make it different where they give the people a second chance to get back on their feet.  Not just knock them down when things get ruff I’m pretty sure there already low down on their selves well before you take their house.  

Broncos Kenny McKinley commits suicide

According to Yahoo News Denver Broncos loose Kenny McKinley he was found dead in his home in Centennial Colorado. It was found that McKinley committed suicide. This is the third time in four years that the Broncos have lost a player. It was said that McKinley was depressed over promised playing time not happening and injury. Only two players have been there long enough to see all the deaths cornerback Champ Bailey and linebacker D.J. Williams. Broncos coach reported that McKinley’s smile could light up the whole room when he was present. He was a good guy and had a promising future in football.

Is it really worth killing yourself? I don’t think it is life is just way too good. Especially in his situation making most likely millions playing professional football. In my eyes that is living the dream for many people it is a dream. I would almost give anything to be in his position but of course not the suicide part.

  It must really be hard for Champ Bailey and D.J. Williams to have to watch things happen like this the early depart of teammates it being the third time it happen. I personally do not think I could handle that happening to me 3 times in my career but you know they have to move on with life. They can’t let it bother them or their careers.

Why would a person do such a thing? People loved this kid why would he kill himself even the coach said he had a smile that would light up the room that means a lot being so well liked having everything going for himself. You would be surprised how often this happens in the NFL some of them just can’t handle it. It’s just too much for them    

Plaxico gets his first jailhouse interview

According to Yahoo News Plaxico Burress former wide receiver of the New York Giants has is first interview in jail. Plaxico said he is going to return to the NFL as soon as he is released which should be June 6 2011. Burress applied for work release two times before but was rejected. He also reported he missed his new born baby’s birth due to prison. But the hardest part of it all is when his three year old sun ask him where he is and why he is not playing for the Giants anymore. Burress was sentenced for felony gun possession.

   Should Plaxico Burress even be in jail? I don’t think he should have got sentenced that long yes the government is showing that they are cracking down on famous people. But my point is they have regular people on the streets that they let go for less than what he got it’s all because he is famous.

I think like he said it would be hard to not get to see your daughter being born because you’re in prison. But like Plaxico said I think the hardest part would be talking to your son and him asking where you are and why you’re not playing for the Giants anymore. I really believe that when Plaxico is released he is going to come back playing harder than before. He has a lot to prove now. And also the fact of Plaxico has his son looking up to him and all of his fans.

I really believe that he should have not gotten jail time over this. But hey look he is serving his time it’s going to make him a better man. He will appreciate things a lot more when he gets released. I don’t know what the courts are trying to prove but I don’t think it was right to sentence Plaxico this long there were other things he could have done to work off his punishment.

       

Italian police seize 30 million

  According to Mercury News In Vatican City Italy Italian police seized 23 million in euro and 30.18 million in American from a Vatican bank in Italy. The police are undergoing investigation on top officials of the bank for connection with a money laundering probe. The financial police seized the money as a precaution. Prosecutors placed top officials under investigation for violations of Italy’s anti-laundering laws.

Is this a shock to you or an everyday thing? This really doesn’t shock me this stuff goes on all over the world even in the U.S. a lot of it is just not talked about. I even believe that this stuff goes on here thru are higher power people.

    Isn’t this bank known for being a religion bank and deal with charities money? That is really the sad part about it being a religion bank and breaking the law.  I really think that Tedeschi should be held accountable for most of this. There is no way that all of this was going on and Tedeschi did not know of this. Tedeschi most likely was the driving wheel to this crime.

      You can always run but it is just a matter of time until you get caught or in their case you can only break the law so long until you get caught. That is what I live by and believe I think that is why I don’t do anything stupid is because I know eventually I am going to get caught. I tell this to all of my friends that do stupid stuff. So this is to prove that they had this coming to them everybody gets caught eventually right?

Car just being broke in at 100,000 miles

     According to Yahoo News, at 100,000 miles your car is just getting broke in. it was discovered that the newer cars are made to last longer than the older cars. Yes there will be repairs that you will have to fix that’s just because it’s a normal thing for things to start wearing out on anything. Cars work just like human bodies they start wearing down except on cars you can replace certain parts. If you keep the right fluids in the car it will last forever.

Is this true or is it for the birds? I believe this is true more on the foreign cars. I have noticed that the foreign cars are out on the road longer than the American car because America is starting to cheaply build their cars because of the recession that the US is in.

I really think that the cars will last over 100,000 they run now a lot longer without problems unlike before the older cars when you got past 50,000 you were replacing everything in it. Now you can drive them longer than before. It is also said now that you can drive a car 8,000 miles before you change the oil instead of when you get to 3,000.

Is 100,000 miles better to just be breaking in the car than it being junk at 100,000? I believe that it is a good thing for our country that cars our starting to last longer because of the recession we are in not that many people have as much money as before and can’t afford a new one or to fix it all the time. But you never know as time goes on we might not even be driving cars like we are today might go to flying cars or something crazy like that.

Ray Lewis but it is little Ray this time!!!

According to Yahoo News, there is a little Ray Lewis the 3^rd   the son of Ray Lewis that plays for the Baltimore ravens. Lewis the 3^rd had a total of 504 yards in his last game. It was broke down that he had 206 punt return yard and two touchdowns, 101 on kick returns,104 yards rushing,27 yards receiving, 66 yards passing  Lewis was 6 0f 6 throwing the ball. Lewis is an all around athlete he plays almost every position on the field. Lewis has some big shoes to feel looking up to his father big Ray Lewis but it is possible.

Will there be another Ray Lewis in the NFL one day? Maybe if he keeps putting up numbers like he is now there will be a lot of colleges out there looking at Lewis. But the real question is does he have a good head on his shoulders like his father to make smart decisions.

504 yards in one game for one person to do is just insane. Normally whole teams put up theses kind of numbers together not just one player. It is a good thing that little Lewis is an all around athlete that brings more value to him when schools start to come his way for recruiting.   

Does little Lewis have what it takes? I think he can achieve anything he wants to if he puts his mind to it. I don’t like when people under look kids or underestimate what they’re capable of achieving in life. People should encourage kids to follow their dreams never take anything from them. I just hope that little Lewis has a good head and keeps things that way and doesn’t mess it up for his self like most kids.

Logan Mankins leaves 57 million behind for now!

          According to Yahoo News, Logan Mankins offensive tackle for the New England patriots turned down 57 million dollars. Mankins would not apologize for what he said about the owner of the team. The patriots did not hold their word they told Mankins to play the 09 season out which he did receiving lower money that he deserved. Patriots told Mankins that they would address the contract during the uncapped year but they didn’t. The whole problem is Mankins wanted them to keep their word. He apologized once but they wanted him to do it publicly witch Mankins will not do.

Is Logan Mankins crazy for not just apologizing publicly? I think this is showing that he is a man of his words. But then I think 57 million he must be crazy I would take that anytime that because I don’t have millions already sitting in the bank.

 Being a man that can keep your word means a lot anybody will trust you! I understand that Mankins in upset but really holding out because he does not want to publicly apologize is just a little crazy to me is it you? From any average person like me would think he is crazy too that’s because we’re not use to hearing that much money.

If you had the money he did would you hold out? I wouldn’t but you never know maybe if I had that much I would look at things different. I think Mankins should just apologize publicly of if it bothers him that bad sign with another team. I am sure just about any other team out there would take Mankins in two seconds he is good at what he does blocking that is the reason he is a pro bowler the patriots also have one of the best lines in the NFL including him.

Teacher pulls a gun on kids

According to Fox News, 45 year old Stacey Swallows a resident and school teacher in Chattanooga, Tennessee was arrested for shooting at some students that were ghost hunting in a cemetery. Police arrived on a call about shots being fired. The students read about the cemetery being haunted so they went ghost hunting there later that night only to be trapped by Swallows and held gun point. Swallows was held on 180,000 dollar bond and charged with 9 counts for each kid of aggravated assault and false imprisonment. Swallows teaches diesel mechanic at Sequoyah high school in nearby town named Soddy-Daisy.




Did the kids do anything to Swallows or is he just crazy? Nobody knows but swallows is in jail where he should be for doing that to these kids he had no reason to shoot at the kids and hold them gun point till the cops came. Did swallows maybe think they were doing something wrong or vandalizing the cemetery those are the first two questions that popped up in my head.

The kids told the police that he told them he was holding them till the police came that’s why I think maybe Swallows thought they were doing something wrong like vandalizing the cemetery. That is besides the point he still had no right to hold the kids at gun point with a gun there was just no reason for what he did no matter what his reason was.

Is Swallows innocent in your eyes? Not mine for sure I don’t like hearing of crazy people like this. One summer I had a crazy man in Wal-Mart get after me and a few friends kind of like this for no reason at all. Is there anything that would make this situation ok? Not in my eyes he should have never had the gun he could have approached the kids in a different way.

War ends in Iraq

According to Yahoo News president Obama pulled the troops out of Iraq. Still yet there are 50,000 noncombat troops still in Iraq. The soldiers are there to help out with any violent outburst that might happen. Some reporters ask how the war is over if there are still soldiers dying over there by insurgents. Until this stops they think war is not over. This was said to make Americans believe that the war was over when it wasn’t.




Is this war or is it war? I stand behind the reporters that the war is not over if soldiers are still fighting and dying over in Iraq. This was just said to make the Americans believe that the war was over when it is not over. By changing the title of the soldiers from combat to noncombat does not make the war end.

We still have the same amount of soldiers in the Middle East the just moved half of them or more to Afghanistan to finish fighting there. There are a lot of things that are not right about this war and a lot of things that normal people do not know about the war.

Why are we fighting the Middle East’s war? Nobody knows but there is something behind it why we are at war some people says revenge some people say for oil who knows? I do think that we should not be at war still but if we pull out all at once we are going to have war all over again or more tragic attacks in the United States.

Reggie Bush is being stripped of Hiesman Trophy

According to fox sports Reggie Bush will be stripped of his Heisman trophy that he won back in 2005. Bush will be the first to receive this penalty in 75 years that the award has been available. The NCAA has found USC in violations in many ways in June of 2010 they are being punished for it. The award will remain vacant they are not going to give it to another player for that year. Vince young was the second place runner up in 2005 but he lost the race by several hundred’s that is why the award is being held vacant.




Should Reggie Bush or the University of Southern California be held accountable for this? This is not the player’s fault the school should be held accountable for all of the circumstances. Bush was probably never told the rules of what he can receive and not receive. They are just now starting to state the rules before you sign with a school.

I personally was put in a situation like this with another school but things went bad they backed out on what the contract said. That is the reason I think it is not Reggie’s fault. Now if this was to happen today yea I would say it was his fault because they are telling the athletes now because of his situation. Back in 2005 NCAA was not telling the athletes the consequences or anything so I am sure he thought it was ok.

Is it such a bad thing that Reggie is losing his award? I personally don’t think it is look at all of the good things he has done as an athlete. He still plays for the New Orleans saints and is the starter so if you look at him now yes he is losing his award but the word has not stopped spinning over this.

Texas man kills three women!

According to http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/09/01/police-texas-man-killed-women-self/, Francisco Pinal of Rio Grande city, Texas killed three women with a pistol one his wife Lydia Pinal they had been married for 20 years, her mother and a third lady who was not given out whether she was related or what her connection was. A nephew reported that Francisco and Lydia have been having problems and arguing for some time now and Francisco would also threaten her and other family members with the pistol before this incident. The next door neighbor reported to the police that Lydia told her that she had planned on getting a divorce.




Was Francisco crazy or was he depressed? This particular thing happens a lot all over the world the husband killing his wife. This is a sad situation he could have just moved on but he chose the cowards way out as I like to call it.

The nephew reported that they have had problems before and that he threatens people with the gun this brings up the question is he an alcoholic? Or does this man suffer depression or he just flat out crazy? Or was it all three that caused this problem? Nobody will know because he killed everyone that would have known.

I hate hearing of stories like this why can’t the guys just let go? This is a big problem were the guys are controlling and they think that if she going to leave him he might as well kill her. That is just wrong in my eyes is it yours? I have personally known a lot of alcoholics to act like this and treat their wives bad that’s why I think maybe he was an alcoholic. Then again maybe he was just really depressed about her leaving him if he even knew. But in anyway there is nothing that would make this right. Why couldn’t he just let go?

New York City man falls from a building!

According to http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/09/01/nyc-man-survives-story-plunge-apartment-rooftop/, 22 year old Thomas Magill a resident of New York jumped from a high rise apartment building on Tuesday. Magill landed on a dodge charger that was parked below. The owner of the car said “The only thing that saved his life was my rosary beads in my car” Magill survived this jump with two broken legs and is in critical condition. The police still do not know why he jumped from the building. This is not the first time they have had a man jump or fall from a high building in New York City and probably won’t be the last.




Was Thomas Magill trying to commit suicide or did he fall? I think he was trying to commit suicide why else would the man be on the roof of a high rise apartment building it just doesn’t make sense. But then again you have to give him the benefit of the doubt to think maybe something else had happen.

I do believe maybe the owner of the car is right maybe the rosary beads did save this man’s life but then the other side is telling me it’s just the way he landed and he is lucky to be alive. Not too many people survive when falling this far.

Was it a bad thing Magill survived from this? It all depends on his outlook of life was he trying to kill himself running from troubles he was having in life or was this the complete opposite? Maybe he somehow fell off of the roof nobody knows but Magill but time will tell. The truth will all come out of this eventually. I just don’t understand why people try to run from their problems by doing stuff like this. My life is too valuable and I love life way too much to do anything like this do you?
